1.Delivery time guaranteed

A.Processing time begins the day after we accept your order
We calculate the production time separately according to the off-peak and peak seasons.
Off-season: 3~7 days for production
Production takes 5 to 10 days during peak season
(we will notify you in advance if there are special circumstances such as factory power outages and other uncontrollable factors)

2.Logistics and transportation issues

1.Our default logistics is YunExpress USPS Express
Our promised delivery time is 10~20 days
If delivery is not delivered for more than 20 days please submit the problematic order to us
We will feedback it to the logistics company for inspection, and we will notify you of the results after the inspection.
If there is no update and delivery for 30 days

1.Refund or Resend and upgrade the shipping method (USE YUN EXPRESSS FAST)

2.If you encounter force majeure factors, delays are normal, please be patient.
There will be delays up to about 3 to 10 days in peak season.

3.Please make sure the consignee's address is correct. If the delivery of the goods fails due to an incorrect consignee's address, it will be returned to the overseas warehouse.we assume no responsibility

4.We offer a resend or money back guarantee if the package is damaged during shipping. But please raise a dispute within 3 days after delivery and attach photos. If it exceeds the time or there is no strong evidence, we cannot compensate

3.Product related

3.1Product size issues


Please measure according to our standards, take a photo and submit it to us. What is the specific size of the product the customer received
Our normal error range is within 4cm
If it exceeds 4cm, we will compensate, refund or resend it.

3.2product quality

If you receive the product and find that the product quality is not good or there is a problem with the sewing position
Please give us feedback immediately and take photos and point out obvious defects. We will review the application after acceptance and if it is approved, we believe that the product does have problems and defects. We will provide a compensation policy.

3.3 Product quality assurance time

The quality guarantee time is within 15 days after receipt of the goods. Within 15 days starting from the delivery of the product, you can feedback product quality problems and other issues to us and we will accept them.
Please note that we are not responsible if the time is exceeded.

4.Notice to customers

4.1Customized products without quality problems are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

4.2Customers must give us accurate design drawings and shipping address and other required information. If the information provided by the customer is inaccurate or confusing, the customer is solely responsible and has nothing to do with our company.

4.3If you want to cancel the order, you need to ask us in advance. We will check the production status of the order. If there is no production, cancellation is free. If it has been produced, please pay the basic cost of the product.
